Shipping policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

Delivery Area. We deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing & Dispatch. Orders are usually processed within one (1) business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, orders will not be dispatched unless payment has been successfully completed. Dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by operational or logistical circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery TimelinesStandard delivery is typically completed within one (1) business day from dispatch; however, delivery to remote or restricted areas may require additional time. Notwithstanding, any delivery timeframe provided is indicative only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via SMS.

Delivery Obligations and Failed Deliveries. You are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including your contact number, and for ensuring your availability at the specified delivery location to prevent any delays. Our partner reserves the right to attempt delivery multiple times at its discretion. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, customer absence, or refusal to accept delivery, the order shall be considered fulfilled, and all delivery charges shall remain payable and non-refundable. Any requests for re-delivery may be subject to additional charges.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Orders. Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for cancelation or refund. Additionally, orders returned due to customer fault shall not be refunded. Any re-shipment will require payment of additional delivery charges in advance.


Payments. All orders must be paid in full online at the time of purchase. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), and we reserve the right to cancel any order where payment authorization fails.

Refunds. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Refund processing times are subject to bank or payment provider procedures. Notwithstanding, delivery fees are non-refundable unless mandated by law.

Inspection upon Delivery. In accordance with prevailing UAE consumer protection principles, customers must inspect the order immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe shall be deemed acceptance of the order in its delivered condition.


Returns & Exchanges. We keep things simple and fair. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received damaged or if the delivered product differs significantly from the one ordered. In such instances, it is mandatory to notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt, provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue, and ensure the product remains unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Upon verification, we shall, at our sole discretion, either replace the product or refund the purchase price, excluding delivery charges, unless otherwise mandated by law.

Non-Returnable Products/Items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted in any of the following cases: (a) change of mind, (b) personal preference, (c) incorrect selection (including size, color, or specifications), (d) products used, altered, or damaged after delivery, and (e) failure to review product descriptions prior to ordering. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Exclusions. The following do not qualify as defects or damage: (a) minor packaging marks or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality, (b) normal wear and tear, and (c) damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow usage instructions.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or customer misuse of the products.

Policy AmendmentsWe reserve the right to amend and/or update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time, without prior notification to you, to reflect changes in the law, technology, or other initiatives. Amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or other appropriate means.
